Very often the legal proceedings following bankruptcies last forever. Sometimes, though, some appointments don't have to be missed in order to have a (minimal) chance to review the funds. And this is obviously the case with the Celsius company which has just won the right to set a deadline for complaints from its customers. But be careful, after 3 January 2023 it will be too late!

The official announcement was made over the weekend via the Celsius company's official Twitter account. It's aboutan important procedure in relation to the judicial management of your bankruptcy filed in the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York. This could be good news for his clients who still haven't managed to get their funds back after the withdrawal freeze that started last June. But be careful not to miss the claims deadline...

The road to the actual – but still entirely hypothetical – recovery of funds locked up on the Celsius platform could be a long one. And if that's ever possible, only customers who have completed all necessary transactions will be eligible. Why you must not miss the date of January 3, 2023. This is the final deadline set by the court for filing a claim – with relevant evidence – in the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.
